Every tooling component will also be inspected on the CMM equipment after each manufacturing process is completed, such as CNC, EDM, and wire-cutting, check OK and then go to the next process. These actions are important to ensure tooling quality.

We choose 100% import steel to assure the mold life, steel certificate and heat treatment report always will be sent to you with mold together.
